社区合入一个PR需要两个lgtm标签和一个approved标签的讨论

大家好，当前openGauss社区合入一个PR只需要一个lgtm标签和一个approved标签。也意味着一个PR只需要一名Maintainer或者Committer就能合入。为了保证社区PR合入的质量，社区正在讨论是否一个PR需要两个lgtm标签和一个approved标签才能合入。这样能保证一个PR至少需要两名Maintainer或者Committer才能合入。因为这涉及到社区PR的合入规则，欢迎大家对此发表建议和意见。 Best Regards, Edison Xiang
