May I offer a suggestion? Every time there is a new thing need to be discussed, there is no README to know what it is, or what it should be.

So maybe we can change the process, to let the README in gitee updated at first, then all the members in community will know what it is, and if we can participated in it. Of course, GIS is the word that clear enough to know what it is, but maybe won’t be so lucky next time.
