Currently we need to add the `openGauss-connector-go-pq` repository into Sig Connectors as `openGauss-connector-jdbc` and `openGauss-connector-odbc` ,

and grant the Maintainers and Committers privileges of Sig Connectors into the `openGauss-connector-go-pq` repository.

After `https://gitee.com/opengauss/tc/pulls/54` is merged, the Maintainers and Committers of Sig Connectors will have privileges to merge the PR in the `openGauss-connector-go-pq` repository.
