ops sig 第一次例会纪要： 1、胡正超（华为）    10min    整体工作流程介绍结论：介绍了OPS百宝箱的定位，内核特性设计文档、检入文档模板；以及SIG组例会时间； 2、所有人（所有）    15min    OPS的定位和规划讨论结论：构建一体化的开发运维平台，包含面向开发者的数据库开发工具，和面向运维人员的运维工具，聚焦平台的可扩展性和互操作性。具体包括安装部署、Data Studio Web化、健康监控、性能调优、故障处理、AI智能运维、内核可观测需求等方面。 3、鲍立飞（数造科技）    10min    海南数造科技的数据云平台开源介绍结论：介绍了数据云平台，源代码希望开源贡献给openGauss社区，并依托社区力量共同完善，建议源代码上传到OPS百宝箱代码仓库。 4、贺承汉（华为）    15min    一体化开发运维平台方案介绍讨论结论：介绍了一体化开发运维的插件化架构，每个插件对外提供的接口要在SIG组例会上进行评审，建议下次例会对当前正在开发的插件的对外接口进行集中评审。 5、杨文可（恩墨）    10min    MogDB中gstrace实用化改进工作介绍结论：介绍了MogDB对gstrace的改进，建议结合一体化开发运维平台的其它可观测工具，以具体的诊断场景为导向，实现可观测工具之间的联动。申请议题请编辑发送 https://etherpad.opengauss.org/p/OPS-mettings
