社区非问题issue公示

以下issue为非问题，由于在issue下评论后一直无人回复，现根据社区issue处理规范（https://gitee.com/opengauss/QA/blob/master/openGauss%E7%BC%BA%E9%99%B7issue%E5%A4%84%E7%90%86%E6%B5%81%E7%A8%8B.md#5%E7%BC%BA%E9%99%B7issue%E6%92%A4%E9%94%80%E5%8E%9F%E5%88%99 ）对issue问题进行公示，7天后如仍无反馈，将按照处理规范对issue进行关闭。 issue: MySQL到openGauss，二进制类型数据迁移报错 https://e.gitee.com/opengaussorg/issues/table?issue=I7O94E 原因：非问题。设置GUC参数 set b_format_behavior_compat_options ='enable_multi_charset'; 后结果正常，和MySQL一致。已在issue下回复并截图证明。 Issue：匿名record插入时，整条记录插入到了第一列 https://e.gitee.com/opengaussorg/issues/table?issue=I7OTO0 原因：openGauss官网文档已说明，record类型是不支持在INSERT/UPDATE语句中使用的。超出规格，且已有约束说明，非问题。已在issue下回复并截图证明。
