1. SIG Security Technology成立 @zhu_jinwei

* 同意建立 SIG Security Technology组。

2. SIG Compression成立   @zhangchenwei  @lishifu_db  @pikeTWG  

* 由于Compression功能为存储子系统中子功能项，且强依赖存储其他特性，故不建立SIG Compression；

* Compression功能核心开发加入StorageEngine SIG；

* 拓展讨论：后续按照生态、技术方向分SIG组，确定每个SIG组范围和场景，同时SIG组例行开展起来定期审视，清理不活跃的SIG组。

3. Issue和PR建议用英文提交 @huzhengce

* openGauss国际化拓展，代码提交使用英文或者中英对照。

4.语法插件

* 根据市场客户诉求，可参看Microsoft IDL实现语法插件，利于openGauss对接不同语法；后续请SIG SQLEngine做讨论后给出结论。

5.静态检查&门槛用例

* 社区中合作伙伴希望开源静态检查及门槛用例，以便更好维护数据库；后续社区商业发行版认证SIG Conformance里面讨论具体开放的用例。
