会议议题1：cantian加入openGauss社区 会议结论： 1、同意cantian建仓及SIG组申请 2、Cantian对接openGauss应保持和使用openGauss的生态，保证前向兼容 3、Cantian不能引入MySQL等GPL/LGPL代码到openGauss社区 4、Cantian作为存储引擎，应和原有的存储引擎功能代码做好充分隔离，避免对现有引擎的稳定性造成影响 5、联系相关领域刷新一下Commiter和Maintainer信息。
会议议题2：openGauss SIG优秀开发者评审 会议结论：充分收集各SIG推荐名单，延期只12月3日晚6点；同时邀请优秀成员参加openGauss submit 2024活动。
