openGauss技术委员会例会会议纪要：

1、 openGauss 对外呈现的TC成员需要检查一下，是否全部刷新正确。

2、 openGauss的commiter和maintainer 名单需要在开源之前确定。

3、 openGauss的漏洞奖励计划在开源后确定运作方式。

4、 openGauss例会时间确定在周五下午14:10~15:10，时间控制在1小时。
