Hi，各位SQL SIG开发者，为了对近一年在openGauss社区技术、生态、运维等工作中有突出贡献的开发者表示肯定，openGauss社区优秀开发者奖评选启动。为保证评选过程的公平透明，本奖项成员将由SIG组或跨SIG组自行组织评选，openGauss技术委员会审定。颁奖典礼将在openGauss Developer Day 2024 的 Keynote 环节上进行。下文为优秀开发者奖评选的标准和流程。欢迎各位参与本次评选活动。【评选奖项】 openGauss 社区优秀开发者【评选导向】最近一年在openGauss SQL SIG对技术创新、生态发展、工程能力提升、运维管理等工作中有突出贡献的开发者，包含但不限于PR提交、Issue反馈、Issue修复、CVE修复、特性开发、生态发展、公共事务、技术布道等，需要有理有据，举证说明。【评选方法】范围：最近一年在openGauss社区的SQL SIG有贡献的开发者。将举证材料反馈至 pengjiong1(a)huawei.com<mailto:pengjiong1@huawei.com> 举证材料说明见【评选导向】征集时间： 2024/05/31 ~ 2024/06/06 晚六点

[QA] 社区非问题issue公示

以下issue本人认为为非问题，由于在issue下评论后无人回复，现根据社区issue处理规范（https://gitee.com/opengauss… 对issue问题进行公示，7天后若无反馈，将按照处理规范对issue进行关闭。 https://e.gitee.com/opengaussorg/dashboard?issue=I9GSIZ MySQL兼容模式下默认区分对象名大小写，使用表名%ROWTYPE没有区分表名大小写答复：该问题在b库中由dolphin.lower_case_table_names参数设置为0时引起，在默认情况下该值为1不会引起，关键为%ROWTYPE定义方式并不存在于mysql中，故结论为非问题
