6. create database支持if not exist需求评审 的遗留问题答复：
加版本号控制是为了应对分布式灰度升级情况下，不同节点之间版本不一致，节点间传输数据出现不一致导致结果错误。copy和equal不需要加判断是因为他们都是本节点使用，只有read和out是在不同节点间做数据序列化，才需要加版本号判断。 这个只涉及 copy 和 equal 可以不用加版本号
此需求不涉及升级。
