openGauss Community TC Meeting 2020-11-13 会议纪要：
1. Set up a separate sig group for OM Kernel和OM 是独立的，需要单独增加一个仓库和SIG，同意OM剥离和单独增加一个SIG组，具体名字如下： Repository Name: openGauss-OM SIG Name: OM Action: xiangxinyong 负责 增加一个SIG和仓库.
2．增加海量-廖美东 ，海量-余鹏 为 SQLEngine Commiter 同意增加。@liushifu_提一个PR刷新一下，同时增加平高作为Maintainer。
3.Click2Cloud introduce Click2Cloud是一个迁移工具，目前计划支持迁移Migrate Oracle to openGauss. 介绍了openGauss Community的发展路标。 一些合作后面再讨论。
