遗留问题：
1、验证portal进程停掉的场景下断点续传功能是否正常使用
2、视图、触发器等对象迁移过程中失败，不应重新迁移所有的表
3、在数据校验阶段失败，断点续传功能应仍能使用，在该阶段不重新迁移表，可重新迁移对象
4、验证新版本datakit是否能使用旧版本的portal
5、验证首次迁移失败后，删除断点信息文件，继续迁移后端是否出现异常
6、验证写断点信息文件是否影响性能
7、验证用新的datakit连旧的数据库能否启动成功
8、验证intarkdb后台库验证
9、需验证源端库为postgresql、milvus、es等场景是否受影响
10、修改设计文档中isRestart和fullStatus命名
