【dolphin插件master分支版本升级5.0】

各位openGauss Plugin开发者，大家好： dolphin的版本在master开发分支已升级到5.0，相关升级回滚脚本（dolphin--4.0--5.0.sql/dolphin--5.0--4.0.sql）已创建。各位开发者提交需求时，涉及到数据库对象创建、修改的，请添加到5.0系列脚本中。此外，在openGauss6.0.0发布之前，如果有非新需求引入的bugfix，请仍然添加到4.0系列脚本（dolphin--3.0--4.0.sql/dolphin--4.0--3.0.sql），并且同步提交代码到6.0.0分支。openGauss6.0.0发布之后，修改就都添加到5.0系列脚本中。感谢各位。
